We currently offer 3 different options:
Option 1: One-time purchase of a toy box
Option 2: Upfront prepaid subscription plans for 3 or 6 months (only available for customers starting with our Box No. 1-5 or Box No. 1-2, respectively)
Option 3: Bi-monthly automatically charged subscription plan
Option 3 works as follows - it is super easy!:
i.) Chose your starting box i.e. the box for the right age of your baby
ii.) Select the "Subscribe & safe" option on the respective product page
iii.) Your first subscription box will immediately be shipped after receiving the first payment (for the respective box) and should arrive at your home within 2-4 business days
iv.) Two months after your initial purchase, your credit card will automatically be charged for the next box in the plan and once your payment is received you will be informed about the delivery date of this next box (please note that, as per March 2022, we changed from a invoicing to an automatic plan)
v.) Once the subscription plan reaches our Box No.7 (which is our last box currently offered; will change in the future as we expand the offering), the subscription plan will automatically be stopped
Note that you can cancel your "subscription plan" at any point in time free of charge via your account page on our website. The cancellation needs to be received prior to the next box being charged for.
Please log into the account on our website and click on "cancel my subscription". It is free of charge. Note that you will have to cancel your plan prior to the next box being charged for (i.e. within 2 months from your last box having shipped).
Note that upfront paid subscription plans cannot be cancelled early and no refund is provided.
All orders above CHF50.00 are free of any shipping costs (which means ALL our subscription boxes are free of shipping!). For all our orders we use Swiss Post Express shipping (max. 2 business days delivery time).
In case of orders below CHF50.00 in value per order, we charge CHF 7.00 per delivery (regular Post).
Currently we only deliver within Switzerland. But send us and e-mail and we can try to accommodate + we except to soon expand beyond the Swiss borders given the inbounds we are receiving.
All of our subscription packaging and marketing materials were consciously created, recyclable and locally produced in Europe. We do not use plastic fillers (wood based instead) and all the colours used are water-based.
For our single product packaging we use products by sustainable packaging brand "wastebased", which are 100% recyclable.
Circular economy is important to us. While we do sell and not rent our products, we want to ensure that nothing goes to waste.

You are able to update basic information in your Little Genius account on our website directly. If you experience any issues or other changes, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you with the modifications.
After you submitted your product order, you cannot cancel it. To look for a solution, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com. If the order is in shipping process is not possible to change or cancel your order.
If you have received a damaged item, please inform us within the 14-day period after receipt about the issue by sending us a short description, ideally with pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can initiate replacement and organise return.
Unused items can be returned at your cost within 14 days if it is in its original packaging. We will reimburse you upon receipt of the product.
